Server Installation & Setup

We provide the physical installation, connection, configuration and setup of servers and IT infrastructure equipment, for new installations as well as expansions and upgrades of existing systems.

Our technicians can handle rack mounting, component installation, power and network connections, labelling, testing and commissioning, following the procedures and configurations defined for each project.

Storage Systems

We install and maintain storage arrays, NAS devices and other enterprise storage systems, including installation, connection, expansion and component replacement.

We can support capacity expansion projects, hardware upgrades and system replacements, as well as carry out coordinated onsite interventions alongside the customer's or manufacturer's technical teams.

Onsite Maintenance & Support

We provide onsite maintenance and technical support for servers and storage systems, handling hardware incidents and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance.

Our technicians can perform diagnostics, replacement of hard drives, power supplies, memory and other components, hardware upgrades, connection checks and equipment replacement, following the procedures established by the customer or manufacturer.

We can also provide Smart Hands / Remote Hands services, with an onsite technician carrying out tasks and procedures instructed by remote support teams, manufacturers, system integrators or IT departments.
